Images from an early morning walk
Spring is coming to Haliburton Hill and sometimes we even get some sunshine. Earlier this week I took a walk with my camera. Here's what caught my eye.
Sun glowing on the red/green Arbutus branches
Long shadows on the road as the sun comes up
Brightly lit skunk cabbage flowers that popped up in the swampy pond in the woods.
What no snow storm ? It seems most of the blogs I read are full of snow, snow, snow, wind, ice and more snow. I really love when you post photos of your Arbutus tree.
Skunk cabbage. ..one of my favorite early signs of spring. Those long shadows are like long bony fingers. Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteThanks Stephanie. I thought of long fingers too.

No snow here. Spring has sprung. That Arbutus tree looks different in every light.
