Yesterday I spent an hour or two wandering around Vancouver's Granville Island in the early morning. We were putting up posters for an event we're holding in Vancouver in mid-June. Granville Island is a mixed use area combining industry, the arts, a public market, theatres and tourist amenities. There was lots to see and point my camera at.
So many different shapes, colors, and textures. A photography bonanza. I love the building with the stand of tall trees to the side.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Barb: the picture she mentioned is also my favorite. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful !
ReplyDeleteI love all the photos.
I would love to live and work in the chartreuse building, your second photo.
I too think the the second to the last photo of the building with tall trees is fabulous.
cheers, parsnip
The trees in that photo are dwarfed by a bridge. It kind of looks like a soaring building but it's the underneath of the Granville Bridge.
ReplyDeleteThe photos are just stunning!
