Mushroom magic



This has been an amazing year for mushrooms.  I can't stop snapping photos of these little surprises that hide in the grass and the leaf litter.  Once I start looking I'm finding them everywhere.  Nature is so inventive.

    What a wonderful variety! Mushrooms are so intricate in their design as well as diverse. Great shots.

    I love the "gills" (?) of the mushrooms, so architectural.
