The red tunnel

For Ruby Tuesday I'd like to show you a photo of a little reddish dog running in front of a bright red tunnel. I took this on the weekend at an agility trial. In this NADAC agility game the dogs run a course composed completely of tunnels.

It's a fast game and the dogs just love it. If you click to enlarge the top photo you'll see how avidly the dog is trotting towards tunnel number 10. Going to an agility trial is fun for anyone who likes to see dogs and people enjoying themselves.

  1. Bet the dogs do love those tunnels.

We have a pink one for our granddaughters, and they can play in it for hours.

  3. Hi Lynn,
Dogs and kids both love them. I don't think I've ever seen a pink one though.

Yes these trials are a lot of fun. Thanks for swinging by here. Did you get my note on your blog that I'm going to post tomorrow on your Transformative moment meme?

  6. Thank you Storyteller for your comments about my sunflower header. I really like it too. Regarding agility, just about any dog can do it--but it does take time to train. It's a lot of fun though.

  8. I had no idea there was Haliburton in BC! My Google alert spotted this for me. My Muskoka has a Haliburton, too!
Thank you for visiting My Reflections !

Thank you, too, for the compliment. It was good to write about caring for my parents. I ended up on antidepressants and quite ill.

  9. Thanks MMTeacher--always a treat to see your haiku on diverse subjects.

Jenn--it's really just the name of our road--but since it goes up a hill I figure we can call it Haliburton Hill. Well it is Haliburton Hill. Thanks for your comment.
